Founded in 2012, The SilverBrick Group was built on a clear vision: breathe new life into properties and create communities people are proud to call home. What began as a small, owner-operated venture has grown into a trusted property management company overseeing more than 2,000 residential and commercial units across New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts.


Unlike many management companies, SilverBrick began as a property owner first. Every building we manage is one we also own, giving us firsthand insight into the responsibilities that come with protecting assets, serving residents, and preserving long-term value. This ownership mindset informs every decision we make, with a focus on operational efficiency, accountability, and sustainable growth.


After more than a decade managing our own portfolio, SilverBrick is expanding its proven approach to third-party management. We now offer professional management services for multi-family properties, homeowners associations, condominium and townhome associations, property owners associations, gated communities, and active adult communities. Our team brings decades of property management experience, supported by Certified Community Association Management (CCAM) expertise and active HOA board leadership experience, providing a strong foundation in governance, operations, and best practices.
