Founded in 2012, The SilverBrick Group was built on a clear and simple vision: breathe new life into properties and create communities that people are proud to call home. What began as a small, owner-operated venture has grown into a trusted property management company with a diverse portfolio spanning more than 2,000 residential and commercial units across New Jersey and Massachusetts, with a proven history managing properties in Connecticut, Maryland, and New York.
Unlike most management companies, SilverBrick started as a property owner first. Every building we manage is one we also own, which gives us a unique understanding of the challenges and responsibilities that come with protecting assets, serving residents, and maintaining long-term value. This ownership mindset drives everything we do. After more than a decade managing our own portfolio, SilverBrick is expanding its proven approach to third-party management. We now offer professional management services for multi-family properties, homeowners associations, condominium and townhome associations, property owners associations, and active adult communities.
